In 1982, Fernando D. Vargas graduated from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois where he majored in Political Science and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Fernando Vargas attended McGeorge School of Law, at the University of the Pacific and distinguished himself amongst his law school peers by earning a position on the International Moot Court Competition Team. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1986 and obtained his license to practice law in 1987.
Mr. Vargas began his law career in 1987 with a private and very prominent defense firm in Los Angeles, which had satellite offices in San Francisco, Santa Ana, and Riverside. Attorney Vargas worked out of the office based in Los Angeles.
